DESCRIPTION:
This adorable Candy Land print party dress is made with a soft stretch cotton material lined with silky taffeta, latered on top of rainbow polkadot tulle that is trimmed with horsehair braid edging. The fit is adjustable and the straps criss-cross and tie into a bow at the base of the back.
